View Data for multiple different forms at once?

Question 1:

Is it possible to view the data from multiple different forms at once? Each job I get requires multiple forms (usually between 7 to 10 different forms). In the "View Data" screen it looks like you can only view the data 1 form at a time.

Question 2:

Is there a way to view the data in the same format as the actual form where you entered it? It looks like once you send the data from the mobile device, it can no longer be viewed in that format.

    #1 - No, the View Data tab is one form at a time. To merge multiple forms you would need to export to Excel or a similar program.

    #2 - Have you tried the View Data > Row Menu > Print function? The row menu is the little box with down arrow at the left of each row. Once you get to the "Print preview" page you will also see a page settings option at the top where you can control the formating further. Also, try this with making a PDF at the top of the page and then printing.
